Here is our first salt­wa­ter reef aquar­i­um. It has five dif­fer­ent live rocks, rough­ly ten or twelve dif­fer­ent kinds of liv­ing coral (most­ly soft) and a lucky starfish that we found when we were set­ting up the aquar­i­um. Some of the corals open even more at night when the Lu­nar light is on in the tank and as you can see from the video, some coral have al­most floure­sent green in them un­der the blue light. Its tru­ely a beau­ti­ful thing to watch and a joy to have. We will be get­ting a few salt­wa­ter fish, in­vertabrates and tank clean­ers to help nat­u­ral­ly keep the tank clean and help the corals and live rock live hap­py, healthy lives. This is an amaz­ing hob­bie that I can see grow­ing in­to some­thing very pas­sion­ate. Please en­joy view­ing the new ad­di­tion to the fam­i­ly...
