What a de­light­ful com­mu­ni­ty and loft! When I dis­cov­ered this, i was very sur­prised at all that was of­fered in this com­mu­ni­ty. Let's start with hard­wood floors, great ex­posed brick work and duct work, and huge, HUGE floor­plans for the mon­ey! Then, we add in large clos­ets and GREAT down­town views. How about the hugest rooftop area in all of Dal­las? And, over 2,000 sf of fit­ness equip­ment? Then, just a de­light­ful feel and wel­come from sev­er­al res­i­dents I met while tour­ing? It's al­so got a cof­fee bar with en­ter­tain­ment, jew­er­ly shops, art stu­dios...this place is a GEM!
