I loved George and could lis­ten to him all day-​-​he was the most well-​spo­ken of The Beat­les, of near­ly all rock mu­si­cians "for that mat­ter"-​-​but I find it pollyan­nish of him or any­one to wish away the world's crises as "just phys­i­cal." H-​bombs de­for­esta­tion kill of a lot more than just bod­ies.
