In this short film, Community Organizer Sam Smith recalls the gang violence situation in the African American community of Buffalo, NY in the early 1970's, and the efforts to initiate a city wide gang truce. In part 2 ,On the heels of an intense community meeting, Smith sets out to organize the youth gangs under one umbrella called "The New Visions Unlimited" in an effort to better conditions in the community and at the same time saving their lives from impending vigilante justice.
