Born from the re­mains of the leg­endary A-​10 and Yage, cult band of the ear­ly 90ies, Son­ic As­sas­sin are THE punk rev­e­la­tion of the mo­ment. Un­der the spir­i­tu­al guid­ance of Kent Steed­man(Celi­bate Ri­fles) and af­ter 2 ex­treme­ly in­tense years of hard work (1999-​2001) topped with a long se­ries of tour in France,Italy and Spain, Son­ic As­sas­sin gave birth to "State Is En­e­my For­ev­er", a gen­uine con­cen­trate Dis­play­ing the ex­cit­ing pro­gress­es made since their birth in 1999 and shame­less­ly givin' aways their in­flu­ences: Ra­dio Bird­man, Son­ic's Ren­dezvous Band, Stooges, MC5, Son­ic As­sas­sin cre­ate a per­fect bal­ance ( o mixed a per­fect blend) of new songs and breath­tak­ing cov­ers. Speak­ing of which...ab­so­lute­ly dev­as­tat­ing are "Mur­der City Nights" (Ra­dio Bird­man) and "Son­ic Re­duc­er" (Dead Boys). Thanx to the ex­cep­tion­al tech­ni­cal cal­iber of Son­ic As­sas­sin, Deniz Tek (Ra­dio Bird­man) and Scott Mor­gan (Son­ic's Ren­dezvous Band, The Rati­nals, Hy­dro­mat­ics...) have se­lect­ed them as back­ing band for the punk re-​union
