"He who joyfully marches to music in rank and file has already earned my contempt. He has been given a large brain by mistake, since for him the spinal cord would suffice."
--Albert Einstein

The concept of "Jim Jones and the Bologna Factory" came to me a few months ago while I was doing some independant research on the infamous Jim Jones of the 1970's. I've come to believe that, though our morales are independantly shaped by the ethical systems of the societies we live in, there are inherantly evil crimes we can commit against ourselves and others. At what point does one, regardless of nationality, religion, or any other factor, recognize that the deviance of others from this unspoken path of morality does not have to be the deviance of our own? In our age, perhaps those acting in deviance may in fact be the ones walking the path of morality!

On a lighter tone, I love food! Last years entry "+think twice" was about the American problem with obesity, and I must admit that the balogna theme carried over.

I hope you enjoy! As always, I appreciate feedback greatly (it's hard to find good critics :P )

My name is Hunter, I'm 22, and a student at WSU.
