Bush’s cas­tra­tion of the EPA and his con­tin­ued sup­port of cor­po­rate con­cerns is the point. Ac­cu­rate in some in­stances "Cli­mate Change" sounds rather in­nocu­ous and I think this is why he us­es it. Maybe the cli­mate is chang­ing for the bet­ter, right?

Guess what, it's called Cli­mate change be­cause it is more ac­cu­rate to say that. When the cur­rents change the wind pat­terns change and guess what , some places might have crazy freez­ing tem­per­a­tures. It good that Bush has fi­nal­ly pro­nounced it right!
