In this sweet­ly, hu­moris­tic ju­bilée, Tanya Mars sur­round­ed her­self with hun­dreds of cakes in the red­paint­ed stu­dio. Ar­ro­gant­ly, self­ish­ly but still sweet and in­ti­mate­ly she then slow­ly ate piece af­ter piece, straw­ber­ry af­ter straw­ber­ry, while com­mu­ni­cat­ing with the au­di­ence. The au­di­ence, told by Tanya her­self that she would not share, could watch this pro­cess of ex­cess in lux­u­ry for five hours á two nights, com­ing and go­ing as they pleased. Chang­ing in cos­tume and in mood, this fire­framed and creamy per­for­mance be­came a am­biva­lent chal­lenge of the pros’ and cons’ in hav­ing – but not shar­ing.
