Ben Archer returns home from a long day on the job; pretending as usual, wearing a mask of happiness to disguise the pain of his despair. Ben is about to meet a man with a mysterious gift - a camera - which bares the gift of sight. Ben will shortly be confronted with a battle for his very soul. He will be sonsumed by his greatest fear - the fear of truth.
