An urban re-telling of a childhood fable. As The Syndicated Mafia begins to set-up up shop the messages come clear "join or die!." All heed the warning except Hez Wolfen and his gang of degenerates who still run uptown. But when little Red meets up with Hez before visiting her sick Grandpa, she soon finds that Dreadville is no town for a happy ending.
