If you re­al­ly looked in­to it you would dis­cov­er that fe­ma has no re­al plans for the pro­tec­tion of US cit­i­zens in the event of Nu­cle­ar war.. We have noth­ing, our sys­tem of shel­ters has been aban­don, so has all train­ing of the pop­u­la­tion like we had back in the 50s and ear­ly 60s.

We have a civ­il de­fense it's called EMA (E­mer­gen­cy Man­age­ment Agen­cy)and it's not to­tal­ly na­tion­al­ized but with­in lo­cal mu­ni­pal­i­ties. If some­thing hap­pens the peo­ple are there to help their com­mu­nites. It doesn't need to be na­tion­al­ized. Thats what FE­MA's for they give the or­der and we move in.
