VAST stands for Visual Audio Sensory Theater, and is the brainchild of Los Angeles, California-based singer-songwriter and musician Jon Crosby. The outfit began when Jon Crosby was sixteen, and at the time the other members of the group consisted of a drum machine and a bass player. VAST's concerts included elements of performance art as well as music, employing display monitors and other visual effects onstage.
