This is unlike anything I have ever seen. It was witnessed on video as it happened. As the tape is a video tape, I recorded the image here via digital camera. Note two odd (and fast) streaks. The "bubble" moves in from the right, grows larger, turns and zips off screen. Biz owners reported something similar on their video months ago, though larger. Possible second image on tape (waiting for report).
