Dear friends, In late-​ 2008, Mon­tre­al mu­si­cian Tiga be­gan putting out feel­ers to var­i­ous me­dia out­fits, of­fer­ing a no-​hold-​barred Q&A session to coincide with the release of his new album "Ciao!". I leapt at the chance to in­ter­view him, as I'd fol­lowed his ca­reer avid­ly since a DJ played "Plea­sure from the Bass" at my wed­ding in 2005. I'll let the in­ter­view speak for it­self, but I will say that I was im­pressed by his can­dor, his aver­sion to prepack­aged sound­bites.
