Chick Flicks, WomenInFilm.Dallas’ year-long film series, celebrates their talented membership by featuring four outstanding shorts by WIF.D members. ShortFilmTexas.com was lucky enough to attend the June 18th Event at the Studio Movie Grill in Addison, Texas and had a blast. One of the filmmakers I had the chance to talk to after the screening is a woman by the name of Angie Alexander. Angie’s film “I’ll Take Care of You” tells the tale of a woman in search of justice and trust me when I say you'll never listen to your vehicle’s satellite navigation provider quite the same again. A native Texan, Angie Alexander is the founder of Tempest Production Company which creates educational films and documentaries.
