there are a lot of collegiate sports movies, but as far as basketball is concerned, there has really yet to be a movie that out classes the hoosiers of indiana. gene hackman, barbara hershey, and dennis hopper are amazing. sadly tho, the actor playing strap committed suicide about 10 years ago.

u shouldve extended it throughout the ending when gene hackman talks in flashbacks

I just love this movie. I cant stand to watch basketball but this almost makes me cry.
