for people who dont know how ichigo became hollow it was in an old episode when his spirit chains were almost disenigrated

ichigo was kinda forced into that form when he was trying to recover his shinigami powers. vaizards are created when a shinigami partially turns into a hollow. that new form is when his hollow form has a certain ammount of control and begins to materialize.(just like zangestu did)
