this idea all started as a act of rebellion, but the more i played with it and thought about it, the more it made sense and it slowly evolved into something that would consume the next 3 weeks of my life. i knew exactly what i wanted to convey, just wasn't sure how to make it come to life. i spent over 300 hrs finding, taking, cutting, splicing, and editing over 2000 images. i learned as i went, and ending up going back and doing it all over once i got to the end the first time. there is a story. there is a plot that goes with the song, metaphors that are meant to show the deeper meaning of the song, but i had to also make it line up with the song. it made understand the song better myself. the whole point was to do something different. something that the viewer would have to put together on their own. by the time i was done, it reminded me all over agian what the song meant to me, why i have always loved it, and why i chose to record it. hope you enjoy it.
