The video was shot in HD at an undisclosed location in Brooklyn and directed by Storm guitarist/keyboardist/vocalist Josh Graham (Neurosis visuals, Blood And Time, Battle Of Mice). The hauntingly textured, black and white performance video reflects the lyrics of the song, which essentially revolve around the inevitable contamination of the air, sea and earth. Said Graham of "Tempest," "This is one of the heavier songs on the new record, and we really thought this would make a good video. It's a performance video with a twist. Over the course of the song we basically deteriorate into the chaotic footage of a dying planet."
