Intimo Scorso The audiovisual project is fondamentally an evocative trip through remembers. It's a melancholic trip, into the positive side of sadness, since it's a memory of a nice bygone moment that now it's over. The sadness for a missing nice sensation becomes a motivating force to find it again. Melancholy is the constructive side of sadness. The amateur super8 material is the only one used in this performance, with its images and the particular grain of colours melted down with analog sounds and hard swinging digital atmospheres, drive into a deep emotive walk, through memories and elementary feelings, typical of the daily life but fundamental part of the life mood of everyone. The videoclips from Super8 rolls family , collected in years by Luca Reale (LucaR), are edited and manipulated in real time by himself, acting as inspiration for the music of Luca Canciello (Climnoizer) who plays live becoming, in turn, with his music, the inspiration source for the visual work. the music is an electronic groovy mixture of broken beats programming and analog instruments played live, all stained with funk, rock and jazzrock colours. A 70's soul in a noize dress. Super8 material is selected so as to become , by the live video mixing on the Climnoizer ́s soundtrack, like a sequences conceived from the same film material-technical and imagery. The enlargement into the frame shows us other possible forms and images that will grow and change .... endly growing to see the entire frame-sequence and its intimate and original world. An enlarged face by a corner of a frame, a shoe that dances slowly ... a colored fruit ... a scratch on the film, will drive us to discover this world that even dances alone, without editing or mixing, terminating in a single original sequence and not altered by the live-set . The already lived back in our eyes, a history that belongs to all of us and that in itself has the magic of discovery, now almost prehistoric .... a small tray of images opens like a parallel universe ; The memory .... a free memory , personal, unique and unambiguous. As the visualwork, the sound is focused not only on an explicit history told by the editing work of the clips, but also on smaller events, hidden histories developed from some particulars of the clips highlighted by Luca Reale . So the musician talks with the images, playing several instruments like electric guitar, synthguitar, ashbory silicon bass, keys & synths, manipulating sounds and programming drums, writing meticulously rhythm textures in order to give a human feel to the beat like the analog human feel of the Super8 format.
