A young orphan lad named Esteban was rescued by this geezer called Mendoza. Mendoza possesses a key, one of two that open the city of gold. The 2nd is held by an Inca bird called Zia who wants to kill all the Spanish or find her father whichever comes first. She doesn’t really, but if she found her farther first, then her mind might be change and both of them could kill all the Spanish. It was set in 1532 around the time of the Spanish conquest of the Incas. There’s another kid in it, Tao, who’s the last of his race (thank god) and they all look for a golden city thing.
