Catching Beauty A Short movie by Ravi Reddy Anand the protagonist in “Catching Beauty” realizes he is running out of time and age is catching up with him. He has been working hard all his life and now he wants to have a life and he decides to live for himself, first things first he wants to look good so he gets into beauty therapies which makes him look younger but there is a price to pay as they say nothing is for free. He meets a beautiful doctor Dr. Sydney Lovell who runs anti-aging clinic called “Catch-Up Clinic”, she diagnosis stress is the root cause of many diseases, she sells him a praising mirror and other therapies to look and feel younger, all his shenanigans begins to take a toll on the family. He begins to neglect his wife and his teenage daughter who wants to become a doctor. The daughter needs money for her tuition to get into a medical school but at the same time Anand does not want to part with it. Seeing her husband act weird even the wife begins to do her own makeovers. Their only daughter neglected by both parents struggles to achieve her dream on her own, everybody in the family is after their own sense of catching beauty after much struggle Anand sees true beauty, is it skin deep or is it in the human spirit of shooting for the impossible? Can he help such a cause and be happy about it? Nobody knows but it sure looks beautiful.
