Crime levels are so high that Hendon Police Station are running low on bullet-proof vests. They have come up with a scheme to hand them out fairly - a daily draw. The officers place their names into a hat and the Sargeant pulls them out. Deadmeat Dave must be the unluckiest man alive, as he never gets picked.
