After numerous reported complaints and several outright disputes, the Elders of the village held a final meeting, and with the help of the village Oracle, decided to BAN Chinedu from the village under two counts. First, for his habitual kidnapping of his neighbors goats, and second, for possessing a negative energy that drew evil to the village. Chinedu was ordered to immediately evacuate the village premises.
